I love that PiYo starts with The Fundamentals which will show you all the moves you will do during the PiYo workout program. You will learn the right form and the principles behind PiYo, Yoga, and Pilates. Don’t skip this one, it may be The Fundamentals but it’s still a great workout.
PiYo Drench- Length 45 Minutes
PiYo Drench will leave you completely drenched and kick your metabolism into high gear. Divided into multiple sections, it gets your heart racing, then focuses on your lower body helping to improve balance, flexibility and endurance.
PiYo Buns- Length 25 Minutes
PiYo Buns is a bonus workout which is only included when you purchase PiYo through a Beachbody coach (like me!). Even though it’s only 25 minutes, this is a high calorie burning workout focusing on fat burning and toning your rear end! Want a great looking bum? This is your workout!
PiYo Strength Intervals- Length 25 Minutes
PiYo Strength Intervals uses only your body weight to get you strong, long, and lean. PiYo Strength Intervals alternates between body weight resistance exercises and heart-rate elevating moves designed for athletes.
PiYo Sculpt- Length 30 Minutes
Looking to increase your endurance? PiYo Sculpt uses different tempos to keep your muscles under tension for long periods of time in order to use your body weight effectively to totally transform you body. Sculpt will do just that…sculpt every part of your body.
PiYo Define: Lower Body- Length 35 Minutes
Do you want long and lean legs? Then PiYo Define: Lower Body is your workout. PiYo Define: Lower Body will tone every part of your legs from your hamstrings to your calves.
