21 Day Fix Results: My 1st Challenge Group Results
I am SO excited because the first set of 21 Day Fix results are rolling in from around the country. My first set of 21 Day Fix challengers lost 34 pounds total and there were only 3 of us! I personally lost 6 pounds and 4 inches. This program is such a breath of fresh air for some many reasons and it was SO easy!
21 Day Fix Results: What I Loved About The Program
First, the nutrition aspect of this program is spot on. I love the containers, the food list is pretty expansive, you get to eat a TON of food, and it really resets the problem areas in your eating. The number one thing the 21 Day Fix pointed out to me is that I don’t eat enough vegetables and I eat too many carbs (even though they are healthy). The workouts are awesome. I really loved that the modifier was a TRUE modifier. She has a good amount of weight to lose and needs to modify where some of the other programs have a modifier that you know is only modifying because she was told to. For those of us with a good amount of weight to still lose it’s encouraging to see someone in the same position. The workouts vary between cardio, strength training, yoga, and pilates. It’s a great mix and you definitely don’t get bored because each day is so different giving you the appropriate rest between muscle groups.
What I love most about the 21 Day Fix is that this plan works for anyone of any size, male or female. My clients have ranged from active runners with not a lot of weight to lose to women with more than 40 pounds to lose and the program works for everyone!
