I will admit that I waited for months for the 21 Day Fix to come out. I had seen the results from the test group of coaches chosen to go through the program in the fall and I immediately knew this was exactly what I needed. I have no problem religiously doing my workouts every day but this girl LOVES to eat and you can’t workout a bad diet…or in my case large portions of a good diet.
21 Day Fix Progress- Day 10
At 10 days into the 21 Day Fix, I had lost 6 pounds and 4 inches. My clothes were noticeably looser and I was feeling great! The biggest “ah-ha” moments I had by day 10 were that I don’t usually eat enough vegetables, I ate too many carbs, and that I snacked all the time without realizing I was doing it. If I was making my kids lunches, I would steal some goldfish or while cooking I would taste test my way through. It definitely took a good amount of will power in the beginning to keep myself from my habitual snacking. The biggest difference I noticed in my body was my face! It was so much slimmer. 🙂
I was on a message board the other day and saw an interesting thread about the 21 Day Fix. One of the people could not understand why you would want to buy this product if you could just track your calories on MyFitnessPal and exercise like a normal person at home.
